I was expecting opinions from the Mississippi Supreme Court today but the Court’s hand down page now says its next hand down is scheduled for January 12. Those will be the Supreme Court’s first opinions of the year, and its first since December 15. The Mississippi Court of Appeals is scheduled to hand down its second slate of the year on January 10.
